Piano

SVCM offers piano lessons to all ages and abilities from beginner to advanced.

We offer every style of piano lessons from classical to jazz. Students have the option to excel with exams.
​
Our programs for piano lessons offer an in-depth study of the vast repertoire for the instrument, developing interpretive skills and emphasizing performance in all styles. They are designed to develop skilled performers familiar with piano repertoire, performance practices, and interpretive traditions.Whether your child is exploring the piano for the first time or has played for years, he or she will receive exceptional musical instruction in a genuinely warm and supportive environment.

*Before age 5, we recommend our group piano based music program, Harmony Road or our pre-piano private lessons.
Guitar
SVCM offers private guitar lessons, including acoustic and electric.

Students learn at their level and on schedule with customized lessons. Students have the option to excel with the ABRSM exams.

*Our group music program Guitar Group is designed for students with no guitar experience.
Violin
SVCM offers violin lessons to children starting at 5 years old and to adults of all levels. Total beginners are wholeheartedly welcome at any age!

We use traditional violin method or the Suzuki method, and a combination of both depending on your goals. Please contact us for our current openings and we will be happy to help you make the most beautiful sound on the violin!
Ukulele

Learning to play the ukulele should be a happy experience for every student. Whether you are exploring the ukulele for the first time or have played for years, you will receive exceptional musical instruction in a genuinely warm and supportive environment.

Clarinet
SVCM offers clarinet lessons to children starting at 7 years old to adults of all levels. Beginners are wholeheartedly welcome at any age!

Lessons are tailored to individuals' unique learning needs, and repertoire remains flexible so that students are able to learn music that interests them. The core content and benchmarks are standardized to ensure fast and steady progress for students of all ages and skill levels.
Drums
SVCM offers drum lessons to children starting at 6.5 years old to adults of all levels.

From the beginning, we emphasize reading, aural training, proper posture, rhythm skills, and playing along to a diverse repertoire of music. Students will learn all about rudiments, stick control, and hand-to-foot coordination.
​
With consistent practice at recommended intervals, our carefully designed curriculum prepares students to quickly advance from day one with the necessary tools and scaffolding to build a comprehensive understanding of the drum set.

Voice
Everyone has their own unique instrument: their voice. Everyone can and has the ability to sing. Here at SVCM, our teachers practice a scientific and bodily approach to singing. From choral, to opera, to broadway. SVCM caters to all levels of skills and goals when it involves singing. Whether you want to build confidence in your own voice or pursue music more seriously, SVCM will work with you to bring out your own special voice.
